If you are interested in presenting your work as part of the workshop proceedings, please submit a 250-word abstract describing your topic and/or project to alen@uoregon.edu. Presenters will receive a 20% discount for their traditional 3-day Radiance workshop registration.
Abstract Submission Checklist
- 250-word abstract maximum length.
- Microsoft Word document or Adobe PDF file format.
- One optional figure or image in JPG or PNG format, attached separately from the abstract document. (Please limit the file size to 5MB or less.)
- Submit via e-mail to alen@uoregon.edu.
Presenters will be notified by July 15th as the agenda is finalized, and a registration code will be sent out to each presenter for access to the presenter workshop registration.

Authors who submit to this workshop agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the workshop to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and its initial presentation at this workshop.
- Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this workshop.
